Survey templates support additional custom questions after the initial NPS question.
Viewing Individual Responses
To view the answers to these additional questions from individual contacts, go to Surveys>Inbox (Completed). Each contact who has responded to a survey will appear in this view. The answers to the additional questions will appear under each customer's NPS/recommendation rating if they completed that portion of the survey.
Viewing Aggregated Response Data
To view a summary of all the responses to your additional questions, go to Surveys>Analytics. Using the report filters, select the survey template you wish to view. Use the Settings menu on the Analytics page to switch the Satisfaction Index to "average rating" instead of the default "NPS." You can now scroll down to the Questions section and view your aggregated data.
