These questions help gather insights about specific aspects of a customer's experience, such as service quality, communication, or project outcomes.

Additional survey questions can include:
- Multiple-choice questions
- Rating scales
- Open-ended comment fields
Where Additional Questions Appear
Additional questions appear after the primary NPS survey question. Customers answer these questions as part of the survey before submitting their response. The answers are recorded along with the customer’s satisfaction rating.
View Responses to Additional Questions
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Select the Inbox tab.
- Open a survey response.
Additional question responses appear in the survey details below the recommendation likelihood (score).
Analyze Additional Question Data
Responses to additional questions can also be analyzed in the Analytics section. Use filters or reporting tools to review trends in answers across multiple surveys.
