AI Insights analysis automatically reviews survey responses to identify patterns, themes, and insights within your customer feedback.
This feature helps you quickly understand why customers are satisfied or dissatisfied without having to manually review every comment.
View Your AI Insights
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Scroll down to locate the AI Insights panel and expand it to view the data
Use AI Insights to Identify Trends
The system analyzes customer responses and identifies common themes across survey comments.
AI analysis can help you:
- Identify recurring customer complaints
- Understand the reasons behind low satisfaction scores
- Discover common themes in positive feedback
- Detect emerging issues before they become widespread
Use these insights to prioritize operational improvements or customer experience initiatives.
Review Individual Comments
AI Insights summarizes feedback trends, but you can still review the original survey comments.
To view the full responses:
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Open the Inbox.
- Select a survey response to review the customer’s comments.
