Custom fields store additional data about survey responses. These fields help you organize, filter, and analyze customer feedback.
Examples of custom fields include:
- Job Type
- Company
- Age
- Customer segment
View Custom Fields in Analytics
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- Open the Filters panel.
Custom fields appear as filter options and reporting attributes.
Use Custom Fields in Reports
To use a custom field in reporting:
- Open the Filters menu
- Locate the custom field(s) in the list you wish to use
- Click a custom field and begin typing the name of the value or browse for it in the dropdown list.
Custom fields allow you to:
- Filter surveys by specific attributes
- Compare feedback across locations or services
- Create reports focused on specific customer segments
Custom fields provide deeper insight into how different groups of customers experience your service.
