Filters help you locate specific survey responses within the Analytics view.
Use filters to narrow results by attributes such as customer ratings, locations, or survey dates.
Open the Analytics Filters
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Select the Analytics tab.
- In the top-right, click Filters.
The filter panel displays all available filtering options.
Common Filter Types
You can filter survey results using:
- Date range
- Customer rating
- Survey status
- Custom fields
- Project or job data
- Keywords in survey comments
Apply a Filter
- Select the filter criteria.
- The report automatically updates to reflect the selected data.
Filters allow you to analyze specific segments of feedback, such as detractors from a specific location or responses received during a certain time period.
