Custom reports allow you to save specific analytics views so you can quickly access them later.
Reports are useful for tracking performance metrics or monitoring specific customer segments.
Creating a Custom Report
Click on Surveys in the navigation menu to access your reporting suite. Create your new report by clicking New Report in the white navigation menu, and name your report something descriptive.
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Click New Report.
- Enter the report name and click Save new report.
- Apply filters or adjust report settings.
- In the top-left, click Save changes.
Configuring your Report
In your new report, use the Filters and Date Range drop-downs on the right to control the report parameters.
Example filter configuration for New Member Detractors:
Click ‘Save changes’ at the top left of the report, located in the white navigation menu.
Subscribing Users to your Report
In Surveys > Subscriptions, you can schedule your new report to be delivered to you or your users' inbox, and turn on or off any survey notifications for your users relative to this report.
In this example, Justin has been added as a subscriber and is scheduled to receive a daily digest of surveys that meet the report's filter criteria.
When Justin logs in, he can go to Surveys > Subscriptions > My Reports > New Member Detractors to modify his subscription.
All other Owner, Admin, and Normal users will see this report under Surveys > Team Reports. These users can subscribe to this report by clicking New Member Detractors, then Subscriptions.
