Custom fields are custom data points or attributes you can use with Listen360's default reporting. Examples include data such as subscription or membership type, age bracket, and job value. Custom fields you configure will appear in your survey inbox and analytics pages under the default filters and enable further report customization.
*Values for custom fields must be included in the customer data files you upload to Listen360 to make use of this feature. In other words, if you wish to report on membership types, your data files must include a Membership Type column and values that match your configured options.
To configure Custom Fields:
- Log in to my.listen360.com
- Navigate to Account>Custom Fields
- View the list of your existing fields and their options
- Take action
- Rename or remove an existing custom field using the buttons to the right of each field
- Edit or remove an option for an existing custom field using the pencil and "x" icons next to each option
- Add a new option for an existing custom field by typing it into the field at the bottom of the tile and clicking Save
