Customize the email your contacts receive during the survey process. Options include elements such as:

• Layout (modern or classic)
• From and reply-to
• Subject line
• Intro text
• A custom message
• Wildcards that dynamically pull in existing data (e.g., contact and job info)

Steps

1. Log in to my.listen360.com
2. Navigate to Account>Templates
3. Click on the template you would like to update to open it
4. Scroll to the Emails section at the bottom
5. Update the fields that require changes
6. Click the Save changes button when finished
