Insights Configuration

Insights is an AI-powered feature that helps you identify at-risk clients and act before small issues become big ones. It monitors survey feedback in real time, highlights areas of dissatisfaction, and provides clear recommendations to resolve problems quickly.

To configure your Insights to analyze your data in the context of themes relevant to your business:

1. Log in to my.listen360.com
2. Navigate to Account>Assist
3. View your existing themes
4. Remove or add your own custom themes

Response Configuration

Save valuable time when following up on your customer feedback with easy-to-edit AI-powered survey responses that ensure professionalism and brand consistency in every interaction.

To configure your Responses for brand consistency:

1. Log in to my.listen360.com
2. Navigate to Account>Assist
3. Scroll down to the Training material section
4. Click existing material to view or update it
5. Click Add AI training material to add new guidelines, such as an example response or free text instructions for the AI to follow
