To discover a customer’s survey status, visit the “Surveys” tab from the left-hand navigation menu. Select "Surveys" then “Inbox” from the navigation menu to view your surveys, broken down by status.
By default, the system will remember the last status you viewed, so ensure you're viewing the correct status.
Status definitions
- Completed: Feedback has been captured, either completed by the customer or auto-completed by the system.
- At risk: Survey responses that are detractors or customers whose current feedback is more negative than their previous feedback.

No Response:
- The maximum number of attempts has been made without a response to the survey, and the survey has expired.
- If a contact has opted out of their survey in our communication with them, it will be labeled as "Abandoned."
- In Progress: Listen360 is actively reaching out to your customer to collect their response.
- Scheduled: The survey has not yet been sent to the customer. It is in the system, waiting to be delivered.
- All: All surveys in the account, including all statuses above.
