By default, surveys expire 45 days after the initial feedback request.
What does “expire” signify? When a survey reaches the 45th day and we have exhausted all efforts to conduct a survey, your customers will no longer be able to complete the survey. When a survey expires, it will move to “No Response” in your account’s inbox and will be noted on the survey history details.
Changing the expiration
If you wish to change the default 45-day survey expiration period, you can customize it by editing your survey template (Account>Templates). Simply scroll to the bottom of the template editor and adjust the settings in the drop-down fields as shown below.
