Users with the Owner or Admin role can manually pause surveying to prevent individual contacts from receiving feedback requests.
Follow the steps below to pause surveying for a contact:
- Log in to Listen360
- Navigate to Contacts, search for the contact, and click on the contact's name. You can also click on the contact's name from Surveys when viewing completed surveys.
- From the contact's details card, click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Pause surveying.
The contact's details card will display a note that surveying is paused afterward.
The contact will be skipped during integration runs, and manually trying to survey or resurvey will be prevented.
To resume surveying, repeat the process and select 'Resume surveying from the contact's 3-dot options menu. The next time this contact is eligible to be surveyed, we will survey them.
The contact's status will be included in the contact export, but the status cannot be changed via the contact import.
