If you notice that some of your surveys are marked as "completed via auto-submission of partial answers," here's why.
When a survey taker selects a score in the feedback request email, we record that score and start a timer. During this time, the survey taker can change this score if they make a mistake or change their mind. If, after 24 hours, the survey taker does not complete the survey (answer additional questions, provide comments, then click "submit"), Listen360 will capture the score and mark the survey as an auto-submission of partial answers.
We do this so you know which survey takers made it all the way through the survey and submitted their response, and which did not complete the survey fully. This also ensures we capture as much feedback as possible. Every little insight can be valuable!
