We are excited to inform you that we've made some recent enhancements to user management in Listen360! These changes will improve and simplify the process of inviting and removing managing users.

| What’s new: |

Importing Users: Have a list of new employees you would like to add? No problem! With the new feature, you can import a list of users all at once for multiple locations in Listen360. It's quick and easy. Follow this link to learn how: How to import Users Are imported users not receiving their welcome email? Please see the next section: Sending User Invites for more information. |

Sending User Invites: Imported users will not receive a welcome email. This allows you to set up all of your users in advance and when you are ready to invite them they can be invited all at once or one at a time.
Password Resets: You can now send password reset instructions to users as well. Have a user that forgot their password? Passwords can now be reset by sending them an Invite!
