This article is designed in adding the setup of Dining Dough.
This article assumes that your user profile has sufficient permissions to complete these steps.
Section I: Setup Payment
1. Login into Listen360
If you have access to multiple locations, select the organization by using the organization picker in the upper left corner.
2. Select Settings
3. Select Your Account
4. Select Add Funds
5. Select or enter the Dollar Amount of Funds to add
6. Select Enter Credit Card Information
7. Complete the form
8. Select Submit Payment
9. Continue to Section II
Section II: Setting up the Incentive
1. Select Settings
2. Select Feedback and Referrals
3. Select Choose an incentive to increase response rates (located in the Rewarding Response section)
4. Select the Incentive $10 or $25
5. Select Save and Apply Changes (if you do not wish to add an Incentive for referrals skip to Step 9.)
6. Select the Referrals tab
7. Select Choose an incentive to encourage prospects to make a purchase
8. Select Save and Apply Changes
9. Select Settings
10. Select Preview Email Feedback Requests
11. Proceed through the testdrive to verify the Incentives are offered as expected.
