Resolving feedback marks a survey response as addressed after you have followed up with the customer.
Use this action to remove the survey from the At Risk queue once the issue has been handled.
Resolve a Survey
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Open the At risk section of the Inbox.
- Select the survey response.
- Click Resolve.
What Happens When You Resolve a Survey
When a survey is resolved:
- The response is removed from the At Risk list.
- The survey remains available for reporting and historical reference.
Resolving surveys helps your team track which issues have been addressed and which still require attention.
