Previewing a survey allows you to view the feedback submitted by a customer and review the full details of their response.
Use this view to understand customer sentiment, review survey answers, and prepare follow-up actions.
Open a Survey Response
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Select the Inbox tab.
- Click a survey card to open the response.
The survey details page displays the full response.
Survey Details
The survey record includes:
- Customer responses to survey questions
- Customer contact information
- Project or job details
- AI-generated insights (if available)
- Survey activity history
Preview the Survey Layout
To see the survey as the customer received it:
- Open the survey response.
- Click the Preview icon.
This view displays the survey template as it appeared to the customer.
