The Inbox displays individual survey responses and allows you to review and manage customer feedback.
Use the Inbox to read responses, identify customers who need follow-up, and take action directly from the survey record.
Access the Survey Inbox
- Navigate to Surveys in the main navigation menu.
- Select the Inbox tab.
The Inbox displays survey responses as cards in a list.
Survey Card Information
Each survey card displays key details about the response, including:
- Customer rating
- Customer comments
- Customer contact information
- Project or job metadata
- Survey status
Select a survey card to open the full survey details.
Inbox Status Filters
Use status tabs at the top of the Inbox to filter survey responses.
Common statuses include:
- Completed – Surveys that have been fully submitted.
- At Risk – Responses that indicate declining satisfaction or negative feedback.
- No Response – Surveys that were sent but not completed.
- In Progress – Surveys currently being completed.
- Scheduled – Surveys queued for sending.
- All – Displays surveys across all statuses.
These filters help you focus on the responses that need your attention.
