Notes allow team members to leave internal comments on survey responses.
Use notes to document follow-up actions or share context with other team members.
Add a Note
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Open the Inbox tab.
- Select the survey you want to comment on.
- Click Note.
- Enter your message.
- Click Save.
When to Use Notes
Common uses for notes include:
- Documenting customer conversations
- Tracking follow-up actions
- Sharing updates with team members
Notes are visible only to users within your organization and are not visible to customers.
