Survey statuses help organize survey responses and show each survey's progress.
Use status filters in the Inbox to focus on specific responses.
Completed
Completed surveys are responses that customers have fully submitted.
These responses include survey ratings and any comments the customer provided.
At Risk
At Risk surveys indicate a customer who may require follow-up.
A survey may be marked at risk when:
- A customer submits a low rating.
- Satisfaction has declined compared to previous feedback.
No Response
No Response surveys were sent to customers, but were not completed.
These records help track survey delivery and response rates.
In Progress
In Progress surveys are currently being completed by a customer, but have not yet been submitted.
Scheduled
Scheduled surveys have been created in the system, but have not been sent yet.
This status often appears when integration logic or rules intentionally delay survey delivery.
