Filters help you locate specific survey responses within the Inbox or Analytics views.
Use filters to narrow survey data by customer attributes, dates, or response details.
Open the Filter Panel
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Open the Inbox or Analytics tab.
- Click Filters.
The filter panel displays available filtering options.
Common Filters
You can filter surveys by:
- Date range
- Survey status
- Customer rating
- Custom fields
- Project or job data
- Keywords in comments
Apply Filters
- Select the filters you want to apply.
- The survey list automatically updates to match your criteria.
Use filters to focus on specific groups of customers, such as promoters, detractors, or customers from a specific location.
