Following up on survey feedback helps resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
You can respond to survey responses directly from the survey record.
Reply to a Customer
- Navigate to Surveys.
- Open the Inbox tab.
- Select the survey you want to respond to.
- Click Reply.
- Write your response or generate one using AI Assist.
- Send the message using Email or Text (if enabled).
AI-Generated Responses
The system can generate a suggested reply using AI.
AI responses analyze:
- Survey comments
- Customer details
- Project information
Review the generated message before sending it.
Public Replies
You can also post a response to the customer's review on your profile/testimonials page by using the Post on profile response option.
Public replies show potential customers that your organization responds to feedback and resolves issues.
