To export data out of the platform, navigate to Surveys. Within the Surveys section, both Inbox and Analytics have an export feature accessed by clicking the 3-dot menu in the top-right section of the screen.
All exports will honor the filtering that is in use at the time of export.
Exporting Surveys
To export surveys, first, choose your filters. This filtering can be used in combination with our default status filtering shown below.
Choose the group of surveys you would like to export. The export will run and produce a CSV.
Listen360 recommends keeping survey exports to 50k surveys or fewer. At 50k records, the export will take 6-10 minutes.
Exporting Analytics
To export Analytics, navigate to Surveys > Analytics.
From the export menu, you can export all your scorecard data, or only the visible scorecards (not collapsed).
To export analytics, configure your filters, then click the export you would like to generate. The export will run and produce a CSV.
Listen360 recommends keeping analytics exports to 20k rows or fewer. At 20k records, the export will take 6-10 minutes.

Exporting as a PDF
The new Listen360 pages have been designed to be PDF-friendly. To export a PDF, click Print from the export menu. This will open your device's native printer menu with Save as PDF preselected.
Click Save in the print menu to save as a PDF.
