As of July 1st, 2018, Listen360 no longer supports unsecured FTP file uploads to files.listen360.com. All communication to this site will be required to use FTPS along with the TLS 1.2 protocol for increased system security.
Feel free to use any FTP client that supports both FTPS and TLS 1.2. To verify if your FTP client supports FTPS and TLS 1.2, consult your program's help or contact Listen360 support. If your FTP client does not support these requirements, we suggest using the following client that is known to work with our servers:
- Cyberduck
- FileZilla
If you are programmatically accessing the Listen360 FTP site, please make sure to ensure your connection is adhering to these security settings. If you need assistance, please reach out to our support team.
