When using the Listen360 API to stream feedback to a website, it is best to use the <public-reviewer-name> field on the Reviews endpoint rather than one of the name fields on the Customers endpoint.
If the customer has given consent for their full name to be disclosed during the survey, the full customer name will be visible in this field. If the customer has not given consent, only initials will be displayed.
