This article assumes that your user profile has sufficient permissions to complete these steps.
- Log in to Listen360
- If you have multiple locations, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select one.
- Go to Settings
- Go to Feedback and Referrals
- Depending on your user access, you may be able to see the Asking for feedback section (survey intro text) and the Thank your customers section (thank you message at the end of the survey).
- If you cannot see these sections, go to Settings>Preview Email Feedback Request and click through the survey to view the language used.
- If you see any wording that needs to be changed, enter the text changes on the Feedback and Referrals page shown above and click Save and Apply Changes.
- If you cannot make the changes yourself, please reach out to your brand administrator for help.
