Note: Most integrations handle the importing of customer data automatically from your internal customer management system. If your wish to perform a manual import but are unsure about your integration, please reach out to Listen360 Support at support@listen360.com.
Performing Manual Imports
- Log into Listen360 (app.listen360.com). If you have access to more than one location, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select the location.
- Select Settings
- Select Imports
- Select Import a File
- Select the software in which your job and customer information is managed
Note: If your software is not listed, the option labeled "Jobs Template" is a generic data source that can fit any organization. - Select Choose File
- Locate and select the data file from your PC
Note: The Need Assistance link shows step-by-step instructions based on the template selected. - Select Upload
- Verify that the data has been uploaded as expected by reviewing the post-upload summary. If you encounter an upload or data processing issue with your file, please reach out to Listen360 Support at support@listen360.com.
