This article assumes that your user access is sufficient to perform these steps. If your view does not allow you to follow these steps, please reach out to your administrator for assistance.
Note: Listen360 is a customizable application. Your instance of Listen360 could use different names to describe the fields/settings.
- Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
- Use the search bar to search for the customer's record using their name or other identifying information
- Click on the name of the customer in the search results to visit the customer's page
- From the customer's page, click on the Edit button
- Scroll to the bottom of the Edit page and change the Status to "Disabled"
- Click Save Changes
