- Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com). If you have access to more than one location, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select the location.
- Select Customers
- Select the Create Customer button. (If you do not see the Create Customer button, you do not have access to manually create a customer.)
- Enter the customer details.
- Select Create. After clicking Create, you will be taken to the new customer's profile.
*Customers cannot be created at the root level of the environment or at a reporting dashboard (division).
