This article provides the steps to manually import customer data into Listen360.
Note: Most integrations are automatic. If you have an integration with Listen360 and you are wanting to add additional customers or trigger new surveys through a manual import please reach out to Listen360 support to ensure the data process as expected. The email for Listen360 support is located at the bottom of this article.
Log into Listen360 (https/app.listen360.com)
If you have access to more than one location, use the organization picker in the upper left corner to select the location.
Select the Import File Type
Note: The standard format is the Jobs Template
Select Choose File
Locate and select the data file from your PC
Note: The Need Assistance link shows step-by-step instructions based on the template selected.
Verify that the file upload as expected
