Follow the steps below to reset your password for the Listen360 application.

*If you've migrated from the classic app, you may find our Log In to the New Listen360 Platform article more helpful.

1. Visit https://my.listen360.com/login
   
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address, click Send Reset Link, and wait for an email notification
   
4. Click the Reset Password button in the password reset email
5. Enter your email address and new password, then click the Reset Password button
   
6. Log in to the Listen360 application with your new credentials

*Each password reset notification email is valid for 24 hours. If the email expires, please repeat the steps to request a new password reset email.

Password Requirements

• at least 1 uppercase character (A-Z)
• at least 1 lowercase character (a-z)
• at least 1 digit (0-9)
• at least 1 special character (typically punctuation, but spaces count as well)
• at least 10 characters
• no more than 128 characters
• no more than 2 identical characters in a row (e.g., 111 not allowed)
