Getting Started
Visit https://my.listen360.com/login to log in to your account.
- If you have multiple accounts, you can easily toggle between them using the Change account menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- In the bottom left corner, you will find your personal user profile menu.
Dashboard
Your Dashboard highlights trends from your feedback and lists your recently completed surveys.
Surveys
Within the Surveys section, you can view individual surveys in the Survey Inbox and track their progress throughout the surveying process.
Or, you can view an analytical breakdown in the Analytics section and create various custom reports to leverage your customer feedback with.
Contacts
The Contacts page contains information about your customers and leads.
Profile & Account
Visit the Profile page in your menu to edit your public business profile details and add social media links.
Click on Account in your menu to access all account settings, including managing your team members, billing information, and much more.
