We offer the ability to publicly respond to all of your feedback. Whether you want to thank a customer for their positive feedback or dispute feedback from an unhappy customer, once the survey is completed, you can publish a response to your Listen360 Profile. Using the “Respond” button will allow the comment to post to your profile in line with the feedback, but will also notify your customer that you’ve responded in case they can benefit from the information you’ve shared.
To respond to feedback on your profile page, once logged into your account, go to the surveys tab and then your inbox, and locate the completed survey. Click on the survey and click the “respond” button.
You can also respond by going to the contacts tab, selecting the contact, and opening the project information.
Lastly, you can respond directly from your public profile page
