Migrated users
As a part of the migration process, all existing legacy Listen360 users (including their roles and permissions) will be migrated to the new platform. Once migration is complete, you will receive an email from Listen360 Support <communications@my.listen360.com> to help you finish creating your account and log in to your dashboard.
To finish your account creation, enter the same email you use to log in to the legacy Listen360, then set a password.
If you were a user of the legacy Listen360 platform, but did not get an invite to join the new platform, navigate to https://my.listen360.com/login, then enter the email you used to log in to the legacy Listen360 platform and click Forgot Password. If you have an account on the new platform, you will receive a forgot password email that you can use to set your password and complete your account creation.
Existing users
Once your account has been created, you can bookmark your dashboard or use https://my.listen360.com/company to log in. This URL will redirect you to the login page, where you can enter your login credentials. If you need to reset your password, click Forgot Password on the login page, or click here.
