If you encounter the error message "You do not have permission to access this page" while attempting to log into the Listen360 application, it's possible you're trying to access the system through an outdated organization or URL that no longer exists. Please follow the steps below, and let us know if you're still unable to log in.
1. Close all internet browser windows/sessions.
2. Open a new browser.
3. Rather than using a bookmark, type into the address bar app.listen360.com.
4. Sign into Listen360 using your email address and password.
