This article provides the steps for opting in or out of daily activity summary emails and negative feedback alerts.
1. Log in to Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
2. Click the user profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Select My Profile
4. Check the boxes in the Email column to turn on/subscribe to Daily Activity Summary emails and Negative Feedback Alerts emails or uncheck the boxes to unsubscribe.
5. Check the box in the Phone column to turn on/subscribe to Negative Feedback Alert SMS messages.
Note: Daily Activity Summaries (Daily Digest Reports) will start sending the following day provided there is activity. Negative Feedback Alerts (either via Email or SMS) will start sending shortly after the selection is made.
Note: Daily Activity Summaries (Daily Digest Reports) will stop sending immediately unless the change was made while our systems were processing the previous days surveys. Negative Detracter Alerts (either via Email or SMS) will stop sending shortly after the selection is made.
Note: Each time a box is checked/unchecked the change is immediately saved. In order to receive SMS Detractor Alerts a valid phone number must be added to the User Profile.
