If you have email review invites turned on, the invite can be configured to show the owner's name. The owner's name will be displayed as the from address and will also be displayed in the signature of the email if you are using the default email template.
To change the name displayed on the reviews invite, follow the steps below:
1. Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com), then select the specific location in question (if applicable)
2. Select the Reviews hyperlink in the lower-left corner
3. Select Settings
4. Select Review Sites
5. Make the necessary changes in the "Email Invitations will be sent From" section
6. Select Save
