How to Configure Facebook Review Invites

Note: This article assumes that the user has access to this feature and that the feature has been activated and configured.

The Listen360 Reviews product helps turn the positive feedback from your promoter customers into positive reviews on Google and other social platforms. This article explains how to make sure your promoters are also presented with the option to share their positive experiences on Facebook.

1. Log into Listen360
2. Select Reviews in the lower-left corner of the page
3. Select the Settings tab
4. Select the Reviews Sites tab
5. Add the Facebook Reviews URL to Facebook field
   *To obtain the proper URL format, visit your Facebook business page and navigate to the Reviews tab. Copy the URL from your browser. It will look like this:
   https://www.facebook.com/Listen360/reviews/?ref=page_internal
   or
   https://www.facebook.com/Listen360/reviews
6. Click the Confirm button
7. Make sure that the slider is set to Invites On
