Give your happiest clients one additional nudge to post a glowing review for you online with a review reminder email! The review reminder email will go out a few days after the original feedback request to any client who responded as a promoter but has not yet posted a review. You'll generate even more fresh, positive reviews on the online reviews platforms of your choice, helping you stand out in search results.
Follow these steps to turn Review invite reminders on:
- Log into Listen360, then select the specific location(s).
- Select the Reviews link in the lower-left corner of the page
- Select the Settings tab
- Select the Reviews Sites tab
- Make sure that the slider for each review site you wish to use is set to Invites On
