This article will walk you through the process of previewing Reviews invitations that your customers will receive via Listen360 and will allow you to see the review sites you are using.
1. Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
2. Select the Reviews hyperlink in the lower-left corner of the page
3. Select the Settings tab on your Reviews Dashboard
4. Select the Invite Templates tab
5. Locate the Template (Promoter Email Content section)
5. Select Preview located in the Email Content section. This will open a preview of the email.
6. Select Share on Google to confirm that Google has been set up correctly by opening a Reviews dialogue window)
7. Repeat step 6 for each Reviews site that has been configured.
Note: Please note that the windows that pop up during the preview are actual Reviews Invites windows. Entering/completing a review will post an actual review to your site.
