1. Visit https://app.listen360.com
2. Select Trouble logging in? underneath the password field.
3. Enter the email address that requires a password reset
4. Select Send Instructions
5. If a user exists for the email provided, an email will be delivered to the user with a link to set a new password.
- The link in the email will expire within 12 hours. If no action is taken, no changes will be made to the password and the old password will still be valid. If the link expires, the steps above can be repeated to generate a new email.
6. After clicking the link, the user will be prompted to set a new password.
- Note the minimum password requirements
- minimum of 16 characters
- Must include capital letter, lowercase letter, number and special character
