You may encounter a situation where you wish to remove a feedback response from your Listen360 Dashboard. For all feedback removal requests, please email support@listen360.com. This will create a support ticket for your request.
Please be sure to include the following details, so that we can locate the response.
If we need anything further, we will let you know upon review.
- The full name of the customer who provided the response or the customer's email address
- The name of the location/branch where the feedback response is located
