The "role" assigned to a user is what determines the level of access that the user has in the Listen360 application. Roles allow the administrator to make sure each user only has the access that they need and helps prevent unauthorized data or configuration changes.
There are 3 types of Roles available when creating a user. In order of most access to least:
- Owners can perform any operation, including changing settings and dealing with financials.
- Members can react to feedback and operate marketing campaigns.
- Viewers can see everything but cannot make changes.
Note: In addition to user roles, access to some features can be influenced by brand policy settings. If a feature is not available for the user to edit, policy settings could be preventing the action.
