Listen360 tracks data imports to help administrators monitor uploaded files and troubleshoot potential issues.
Import logs provide visibility into:
- Which files were uploaded
- When the import occurred
- What data was processed
These logs are useful when verifying imports or investigating data discrepancies.
View Completed Imports
- Navigate to the Contacts>Recent imports
- Locate the import job you want to review.
- Select the import to view its details.
The system displays information about the import, including processing status.
Download Import Files
Administrators can download the original import file used for the upload.
- Open the import record.
- Select Download File.
Reviewing the original file can help identify issues such as:
- Incorrect column headers
- Missing data
- Formatting problems
When to Review Import Logs
You may need to review import logs when:
- Surveys are not sending as expected
- Imported data appears incorrect
- A file upload failed
- A contact import produced unexpected results
Audit logs help administrators quickly identify and resolve data issues.
