You may encounter a situation where your browser is holding onto bad site data which prevents you from logging in to the Listen360 application or performing other actions. If the application is online but you are unable to log in or access certain parts of it, try the following steps as a solution.
- Open Google Chrome
- Copy this address and paste it into the address bar of the browser and press enter: chrome://settings/siteData
- Type listen360.com (or a more specific subdomain like support.listen360.com) into the "Search Cookies" search bar to filter out only the Listen360-related cookies
- Click the "Remove All Shown" button
- Close and restart Google Chrome
- Visit app.listen360.com and log in
