You may encounter a situation where your browser is holding onto bad site data which prevents you from logging in to the Listen360 application or performing other actions. If the application is online but you are unable to log in or access certain parts of it, try the following steps as a solution.
Chrome
- Close all windows or instances of Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- Copy this address and paste it into the address bar of the browser and press enter:
chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=listen360
- Click the "Clear displayed data" button
- Close and restart Google Chrome
- Visit app.listen360.com and log in
Safari
- Close all windows or instances of Safari
- Open Safari
- Go to Safari>Settings...
- Go to the Privacy tab
- Click "Manage Website Data..."
- Search for "listen360"
- Select "Remove All"
- Confirm by clicking "Remove Now"
- Close and restart Safari
- Visit app.listen360.com and log in
Firefox
- Close all windows or instances of Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Copy this address and paste it into the address bar of the browser and press enter:
about:preferences#privacy
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and select "Manage Data..."
- Type listen360.com into the "Search websites" search bar to filter out only the Listen360-related cookies
- Click the "Remove All Shown" button
- Click "Save Changes"
- Confirm removal by clicking "Remove" on the popup prompt
- Close and restart Firefox
- Visit app.listen360.com and log in
Edge
- Close all windows or instances of Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Copy this address and paste it into the address bar of the browser and press enter:
edge://settings/siteData
- Type listen360.com into the "Search Cookies" search bar to filter only the Listen360-related cookies
- Click the "Remove all shown" button
- Close and restart Microsoft Edge
- Visit app.listen360.com and log in
