Dining Dough is the name of an incentive program in the Listen360 application. Incentives are offers or certificates presented to survey takers at the beginning of the feedback request. If the survey taker completes the survey, they will be awarded the incentive.
Custom incentives can be created and added to surveys. However, two Dining Dough incentives are available and ready for use if you don't want to make your own: a $10 or $25 dining certificate. You must first add funds to your account to use Dining Dough as an incentive. To add funds or check if you've already added funds in the past, click here.
Those who complete a survey when a dining dough incentive is active will receive confirmation that they are eligible for the incentive. They will receive a separate email containing a unique code they can redeem at Restaurant.com for a dining certificate they can use at select restaurants. Each $25 incentive awarded to a customer for completing a survey will cost you $7 while $10 incentives cost $3. These values will be deducted from the funds in your account automatically each time an incentive is awarded. When your balance doesn't have enough funds to cover the incentive you have configured, your survey takers will still see the incentive offer but will not receive a separate email with the Restaurant.com code until more funds are added to your account.
