If your reviews have been pulled into Reputation Pro in the past but you find that one or more recent reviews are missing, it's likely due to the reasons below.
Google displays reviews based on the updated date. Reviewers (your customers on Google) can "update" their reviews on Google without changing their ratings or comments. In other words, any re-saving/submitting of a Google review will update the review date on Google.
Reputation Pro does not consider a review updated unless the rating or comments have changed. These reviews aren't missing, they're in Reputation Pro but under the date they were last actually changed. In Reputation Pro, set the date to "All Time" and search for individual customers' names to find these reviews.
