The name that appears on the review response (as the author of the response) comes from the credentials that are added to Reputation Pro. Credentials for providers such as Google or Facebook must be added to Reputation Pro to enable responding to reviews. In other words, it is not the name of the Reputation Pro user writing the response that will appear on the provider's site.
If there are multiple credentials for the same provider page or listing in Reputation Pro, the system will randomly select one and that name will appear on the response. To ensure consistency in the response name, only add one set of credentials per provider page/listing.
