Reputation Pro can help you monitor and manage your social business accounts. To enable this, you'll need to add your credentials for these third-party providers. This is required for managing social posts and responses, reviewing responses, and updating your listings.
Viewing Third-party Account Information
You can get information about the third-party provider accounts associated with your business’s Reputation Pro accounts by following these steps:
- Log in to Reputation Pro
- Select the Settings (cog) icon and then select Third-Party Credentials.
All providers and accounts are listed. The total number of pages associated with the credential is listed, as well as information about credential expiration. You can hover over an account to expose icons to re-authenticate the account or delete it. - To view details about the pages, select the row to display the Associated Pages pane for the account. On the Associated Pages pane, you’ll find listed details about the pages, including Name, Address, Location ID (if there is a Reputation Pro location for the page), and Status (whether social activity is enabled for the page). You can select the pop-out icon to see the provider page.
Adding Credentials for Third-party Accounts
- Go to Settings > Third-Party Credentials.
- Select +Add Credential to display the list of possible third-party providers for which you can add credentials. Select the one you need.
- Reputation Pro will send you to the provider’s site that you’ve selected. Follow the steps requested to provide credentials.
- The provider’s site will give you a success notification online before returning you to Reputation Pro. You can also see that your credentials and their expiration date will appear in the Credential List.
Under some circumstances you might need or want to repeat the process of adding credentials to your Reputation Pro account, including:
- If the credentials for your listing provider expire, you need to re-enter them
- If the permissions in the third-party account change or pages are added or removed, the quickest way to ensure that the changes are reflected in Reputation Pro is to repeat the process of adding the credential
Provider-specific requirements for third-party credentials
Some providers require preliminary or additional steps to enable you to manage activities from Reputation Pro, including Apple, Facebook, and Google. Make sure you’ve done the following before you add credentials for these providers:
Apple
For Apple Maps listings you want to manage through Reputation Pro, you must have an Apple Business Connect account, have delegated Listen360 as a partner in your Apple Business Connect account, and provide details about the account to Listen360.
For Facebook accounts you want to sync with Reputation Pro, the following is needed:
- The Facebook account added to Reputation Pro must have the Manage Page permission for all pages that you want to sync with Reputation Pro
- To select which Facebook or Instagram pages you want Reputation Pro to access, when you add the Facebook account to Reputation Pro, select Edit Settings to turn access on or off for the pages

- The account you enter in Reputation Pro must own the Google pages
- The Google page must have been verified
For Instagram accounts you want to sync with Reputation Pro, the following is needed:
