How do I change my survey logo or color?

This article assumes that your user access is sufficient to perform these steps. If your view does not allow you to follow these steps, please reach out to your administrator for assistance.

Note: Listen360 is a customizable application. Your instance of Listen360 could use different names to describe the fields/settings.

Changing the Logo

1. Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
2. Select Settings
3. Select About
4. Under the Public Logo section, select Choose File
5. Browse for and select the logo file on your device
6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page

Changing the Survey Color

1. Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
2. Select Settings
3. Select About
4. Determine the HEX code for the desired color (for assistance identifying the HEX that corresponds to your color, search the internet for "hex color")
5. Enter the color code in the Primary and Secondary color fields
6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page

*If you use the Listen360 Reviews product, the logo and color theme must be updated there as well.

Changing the Logo and Color in Listen360 Reviews

1. Log into Listen360 (https://app.listen360.com)
2. Select Reviews in the lower-left corner of any page to switch to your Reviews dashboard
3. Select Settings
4. On the Location Settings tab, select "Upload file" next to Logo
5. Browse for and select the logo file on your device
6. Click the Save button
7. Select the Reviews Page tab
8. Determine the HEX code for the desired color (for assistance identifying the HEX that corresponds to your color, search the internet for "hex color")
9. Enter the color code in the Primary and Secondary color fields
10. Click the Save button
